When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days after processing.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a link to your shipment tracking.
How can I track my shipment?
You can log in online in the shop under "Shipment Status" using your email address and order number.
Will I receive all ordered items at the same time?
To enable faster shipping, your order may be split into multiple packages.
When will I receive my order?
The following factors can influence the delivery time:
- Time of order
- Selected delivery country
- Item ordered
- Force majeure (e.g. environmental disasters, pandemics, etc.)
We ship your order from our German warehouses, or, in case of high demand, from our international warehouses. Therefore, the average shipping time is approximately:
Germany 5-10 days

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Within 24 hours, subsequent changes/cancellations can still be made to the order - in this case, please contact our support at support@kiddilodeon.de within the mentioned period, stating your desired changes.
We can change the following details for you retroactively:
- First & Last Name
- Street + House number
- Zip code + Delivery location
- Email address
- Phone number
Cancellation
You should contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order; after that, cancellations can unfortunately no longer be made. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel/amend any order that is already on its way for delivery.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged upon delivery, you should report this to us in writing within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of goods. In such a case, please send us a photo/video of the damaged product and the shipping packaging, stating your order number. Please be sure to keep the (damaged) packaging for filing a claim with the shipping service provider.
